About Us

We're a Youth Theatre for 11 - 21yr olds based at our own theatre in Herne Bay. We meet every week on Monday and Thursday nights when we're in rehearsals, and we aim to produce two full-length productions a year (which run three nights each).

Since reforming we've put on four productions and our next production is due to be announced any day now. Our first production in Spring 2007 was an adaptation of 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame', in Summer 2007 'Hans, the Witch, and the Gobbin', in Spring 2008 'Much Ado About Nothin' and in Summer 2008, 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' with guest directors Christine Ramsey and Jane Pottle.

We consider ourselves self-sufficient is a Youth Theatre and aim to produce and present all of our productions within our membership to a continuously high standard, whilst building friendships and a community within ourselves, as well as with Playmakers (the main theatre company).
